Open Lotus Notes Contacts Converter

• Open PCVITA Lotus Notes Contacts Converter software to start the conversion process. Go to Start menu » Programs » PCVITA Lotus Notes Contacts Converter » PCVITA Lotus Notes Contacts Converter. Lotus Notes Contacts Converter's very first screen appears as shown in the following figure:

• Open Lotus Notes contacts/groups or names.nsf file by clicking Browse button as shown in following figure:

• As you click on Browse button, Open Window appears to browse or locate names.nsf file as shown following:

• Select names.nsf file and click Open button.
• As you click on Open button, software starts scanning or reading the selected names.nsf file as shown in thefollowing figure:

• After scanning the Lotus Notes contacts file, software will list all the contacts or groups found in the selected names.nsf file and allow users to view all the contacts/groups of Lotus Notes database. In the folowing screen users can preview all the Lotus Notes contacts/groups as follows:

• In the above figure, Convert Notes Contacts to Outlook software will divide Lotus Notes Contacts & Lotus Notes Groups in two seperate folders as follows:

• In the Contacts folder, software will list only Lotus Notes contacts. Click on + sign along with the contacts folder to explore or to open the list of Lotus Notes contacts as shown below:

• Click on single contacts from the left pane of the above screenshot, to view contacts individually.

• In the Groups folder, software will list only Lotus Notes Groups as shown below:

• After reading the Lotus Notes Contacts/Groups, Click Export button to save all your Lotus Notes contacts/groups to Outlook, vCard, CSV and Excel file from the following screen:

• As you click on Export button, Select Export Option screen appears as shown in following figure:
