Steps to Convert Lotus Notes Contacts to Outlook

• Go to start > Programs > SysTools Notes Address Book Converter, Open SysTools Notes Address Book Converter. Start-up screen appears as follows:
  
  
  
  
• Click Browse button to select names.nsf file to be converted to MS Outlook Contacts.
  




• Click Scan Notes Contacts button to scan Lotus Notes Address Book or names.nsf file. After scanning, SysTools Notes Address Book Converter Software will display whole contact information in different section or tabs as follows:
  






• Now click on Save Contacts button to start the saving process.
  
  
  





• Software will display all available "Conversion Options". Choose required conversion format, you may save contacts in Outlook PST file,export contacts to MS Excel file & Save in vCard format and then click on Start Conversion button.
